John Stout - President
John brings fifteen years of commercial and consumer finance experience, including the building of a strong management team; development and implementation of corporate strategy; understanding markets; raising required capital; and helping to lead a dedicated team.
John was formerly the founder and president of Creditwave Corporation, which provided completely outsourced loan, leasing and captive financing programs for major blue chip companies, including charted banks, trusts, global manufacturers and energy companies.

Gail Lande - Controller
With over ten years in the leasing industry, Gail offers a broad range of experience financial operations, to the inside workings of a brokerage including vendor and customer relationship management. Gail offers expertise in contract administration, specializing in early terminations through end of term disposition. Combined with her extensive accounting experience, her history in the business allows her the flexibility to lend support to other key members of the Aureus team when the need arises.
